Anglo Building Services were asked to carry out the full MEP installation works to The Foundry at Poole after the successful completion to the clients premises at Eastbourne. The Foundry offer individual works stations right up to large office spaces, there are open meeting areas as well as cosy kitchen’s with a bar available for entertaining.
Anglo completed the total installation of the following services:

- Electrical installation
- Intruder alarm wiring for future installation
- Fire alarm
- Data Installation
- Mechanical ventilation works from roof top plant
- Air conditioning works
- Hot and cold pipework
- Above ground drainage
- All links to the existing shopping centre
As always, the M&E controls are tailored to energy saving and promoting eco standards. The reduction of waste energy was paramount.
The existing building is a mid 1960’s development and the client wanted a totally exposed MEP installation to showcase the features of the building, the coordination of the services was paramount to maintain the aesthetics. This was achieved with great success due to ongoing communication by all parties involved.
