Anglo Building Services were asked to value engineer a major M&E consultants brief to bring the project down to a manageable budget without losing the aesthetics of the installation or the touch and feel elements. The Foundry offer individual works stations right up to large office spaces, there are pop up sales areas as well as retail units. The communal meeting spaces are open and airy along with a centralised bar area.
Anglo completed the total design and build of the following services:

- Electrical installation
- CCTV
- Intruder alarm
- Fire alarm
- Mechanical ventilation works from roof top plant
- Air conditioning works
- Hot and cold pipework
- Above ground drainage
- All links to the existing shopping centre
As always, the M&E controls are tailored to energy saving and promoting eco standards. The reduction of waste energy was paramount.
The overall outcome of the installation and the look of the completed interior is stunning.
